Section 1: Instructors may not issue a grade of W.
- Under extenuating circumstances that occur after the student withdrawal deadline has passed, the student, with the approval of the instructor of record, may petition the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs or the Academic Director to be given a grade of W.
