***Submissions will be accepted April 15th - April 17th in the Bristlecone Art Gallery. Requirements are attached below. Please encourage your students from both the Fall and Spring semesters to submit artwork.

 

The 2024 Student Art Show is an exhibition featuring artwork from current WNC students.
Eligibility
• This show is open to ALL WNC students enrolled in classes from Fall 2023 through Spring
2024.
• A total of three pieces per student may be submitted.
• Artwork should be work completed while enrolled at the college.
• 2D works must be framed and ready to hang with wire attachments on back. (If your work has
special installation needs, be sure to attach instructions to the back of the artwork.) Work that is
not 'ready to hang' will NOT be accepted. Ceramics will be given pedestals.
• Artwork for consideration must be dropped off in Bristlecone Art Gallery from 9:00AM April 15th
to 5:00PM April 17th. No Late Work!
• Fill out TWO EXACT entry forms for EACH piece. Adhere one copy to back of the artwork. And
one copy to the front of the frame. Forms are located in Bristlecone Art Gallery or the Information
Desk.
• Artwork must be picked up by Friday, May 9 @ 6:00pm.

Accepted Mediums: Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Digital Media, Photography, Graphic Art,
Ceramics, Sculpture, Book Arts, Mixed Media.
Sales

Each artist may price and sell their work. Work not for sale must clearly be designated NFS (not
for sale) on the submission form. Consult with your instructor on pricing if you’re unsure of the
value. Buyers will directly contact the artist given the information provided on submission form.
Insurance:

We appreciate your artistic contribution to our campus and would like you to be aware of our
insurance coverage’s scope. WNC students are not provided with insurance coverage for their
student artwork displayed at WNC campuses.
